As of February 2025: District A-12 Effective Speaking Program Update.
The Youth Effective Speaking Program has been revised in District A-12 as per the motion passed at the February 2, 2025 Cabinet Meeting. The Regional level speak offs have been eliminated, meaning the winning student in each category from participating clubs will advance directly to the District Competition, which will be hosted by the Stayner Lions Club on Saturday March 28th.
