New Voices, is a forward-thinking initiative designed to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization. This program encourages the active participation and leadership of individuals from underrepresented populations. Through New Voices, Lions Clubs strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of background, can contribute their unique perspectives and skills and strengthen our mission. The program supports the engagement of diverse populations in all aspects of Lions activities fostering leadership opportunities and empowering individuals to drive change within their communities.
The District Women and Family Specialist chairperson works with Clubs to ensure that diverse voices are heard and supported. By embracing diversity Lions Club help our organization reflect the communities we serve.
