IMPORTANT :
The Long Range Planning Committee has undertaken a review and update of District job descriptions and requested our help.
In February 2023, All Committee Chairs were asked to review all positions for which they are responsible for making sure they accurately reflect the committee’s mandate and the duties they and/ or any committee members perform and report to the Committee.
Any Chairs who have not done so already, please review the Policy Manual and forward your suggestions and feedback regarding your position(s) to PDG Nancy prior to May 7th, 2023 so they can be included for discussion at the upcoming Long Range Planning Meeting.

**Action required : Members are asked to review all the documents below ahead of the LRP meeting Sun. May 7th, 2023. Please pay little attention to the current condition of the Policy Manual it is a work in progress.
