PDG Ruth Roberts is the Administrator of the A12 District Calendar. This calendar is a view-only resource to help all A12 Lions stay informed and avoid scheduling conflicts.

If your club has an upcoming event you’d like District Officers and fellow Lions to attend, simply share the details with PDG Ruth and she can assist adding your details. Together, we can keep our District connected and ensure our events get the support they deserve.

Tips for Using the District Calendar:

Our calendar is hosted on TeamUp. Here are a few things to keep in mind to make it easier to navigate.

• Switching Months: When you change the month, make sure you also click on a specific date (e.g. the 1st) This will refresh the calendar view for that month.

• Filters: Found in the side bar, to show only the events you’re interested in.

• Search: Use the search bar to quickly find events by Keywords (e.g. Cabinet Meeting)

• Details: Click on any event to open full information

• Refresh: Sometimes your browser may cache an older version of the calendar -refresh the page if updates don’t appear.
