The workshops start at 7pm and are free to attend for those who pre-register, and a working dinner will be provided by the Global Membership Team. The workshop will involve a review of resources for membership recruitment and retention, and a brainstorming session to develop strategies to strengthen clubs. Upon completion of the workshop, the participants will leave with a simple membership and retention plan to take back to their clubs.
The workshop target audience is Club Presidents and Club Membership Committee Chairpersons and members, although it is open to any interested Lion. If you have not registered to attend the workshops, please do so as well.
